About our raid times , we always change from day to day so i think we have to get a raid hour for every day.
I suggest 7:30 ST -> 10:30 ST for monday , tuesday , wednessday ,thursday and sunday
7:30 ST -> 11:30 Saturday
Friday free day !

I agree that 6 ST is just too early for member of the guild to work as most time they will not be home from work until after this time
